Desktop Support Engineer

Microsoft Intune / SCCM / Endpoint ManagerVPN configuration (Global Protect or equivalent)M365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)Roles & Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities (End User Support / Desktop Administration)Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops (Windows & Mac), and peripheralsPerform PC imaging, configuration, and deployment (Autopilot, manual builds, or imaging tools)Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS)Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application-related issues Support enterprise tools such as:Microsoft Intune / SCCM / Endpoint ManagerCompany Portal / Software CenterVPN (Global Protect)Assist with user queries, security policies, and compliance requirementsPerform device onboarding, asset tagging, and inventory updatesProvide support for printers, mobile devices, and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, M365)Deliver white-glove support for VIP users when requiredMaintain documentation, incident updates, and resolution notes in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, etc.)Coordinate with infrastructure teams forNetwork device maintenanceServer updates and patch cyclesSupport basic server administration tasks (Windows Server, file shares, access management)Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to explain technical issues to non-technical usersGood troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesTime management and ability to handle multiple tasksTeam collaboration with onsite and remote teams
