The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, experience in gifted education, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities also include managing organizational communications and serving as a liaison with state educational organizations. Salary is in the range of $50,000-$60,000, along with PTO/Sick/Vacation time.
