$90,000 - $125,000 per yearResponsibilitiesSupport all aspects of corporate accounting operations.Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.Assist with preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Support compliance with banking covenants, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate internal and external audit activities.Assist with treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.Manage insurance administration and annual renewals.Support ERP enhancements and process improvement initiatives.Assist with accounting and reporting activities related to joint venture operations.Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and financial reporting.Partner with finance, operations, and business leaders to improve reporting accuracy.Supervise and mentor accounting staff while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred).CPA preferred.6–8 years of progressive accounting experience.Prior supervisory or leadership experience.Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.Experience working with ERP systems.Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience preferred.Experience supporting audits and financial compliance.Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.We are a well-established and growing manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and investing in our employees.
