Job Description:PPM tools specifically Accolade or similar platformsResponsibilities· Develop and configure PPM tools specifically Accolade or similar platforms· Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications· Design implement and maintain configuration solutions to meet business needs· Perform system testing and validation procedures· Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues· Provide technical support and training to end users· Document configuration processes and proceduresQualifications· Bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology or a related field· Proven experience with Accolade or other configuration-based PPM tools· Strong understanding of software development and configuration management· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
