Bilingual Customer Service Representative

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. *Responsibilities* - Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints *Experience* - Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - Proficiency in Spanish and English - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.92 - $16.39 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Shift: 8 hour shift Day shift No nights Experience: Bilingual: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
