Role Description We are looking for a full-time Leasing Professional to join our team onsite in Salem, OR. The Leasing Professional will handle daily leasing activities, including assisting prospective residents, executing lease agreements, and ensuring accurate lease administration. The role also includes maintaining excellent relationships with current residents to support retention, addressing inquiries promptly, and delivering outstanding customer service. Additionally, this position involves coordinating with the property management team to uphold community standards and ensure a high level of satisfaction for all residents. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for building positive relationships with residents and resolving issues effectivelyExperience with Leases and Lease Administration, including preparing, negotiating, and maintaining lease documentsResident Retention skills with the ability to engage and foster long-term community satisfactionExcellent organizational abilities and attention to detailProficiency with property management software and basic office applicationsA high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in property management are a plusPrior experience in leasing, property management, or a customer-focused role is preferred
