Talent Acquisition Specialist

Brandy Rice with The Forum Group PNW is working with a well respected client to add a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departmentsPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategiesSource, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and toolsCoordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experienceMaintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesPromote employer branding through job postings and social mediaEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)Strong organizational and time management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Corporate recruiting Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practicesWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive team environment
