We invite you to explore all the ways we strive to create a fulfilling and rewarding work environment.This role will focus on:As the successful candidate, being a Warehouse Associate means you will be excited to work in a new clean, safe state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.As our Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing various tasks within a warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping products as well as laser etching of fittings.You will play a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations.Our Warehouse Associate is a critical part of the warehouse team, responsible for handling various aspects of warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of products for our customers.What You’ll Be DoingAdherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling tools, equipment, and materials to ensure a safe working environment.Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and damages, and document received items.Storage: Properly store and organize products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring efficient use of space.Order Picking: Prepare customer orders by selecting the correct products from inventory based on pick lists.Packing: Pack items securely, label packages, and prepare them for shipping, following specific packing instructions.Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards before shipping.Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts, report discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently. Operate laser etching systems to mark fittings per specifications.Documentation: Complete paperwork related to shipping, receiving, and inventory, and maintain accurate records.Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.To be successful in this role, you will need:This is what you’ll need to be successful in this roleHigh school diploma or equivalent.2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and software.Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Understanding of safety protocols and compliance in a warehouse environmentAs a growing and ambitious organization with a presence in over 60 global locations and across multiple markets, we can offer you the working environment and support needed to be successful.
