The ideal candidate will be responsible for influencing new customers to join our team by offering insurance products including auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance. You will execute strategies to attract clients and provide outstanding customer service.Responsibilities:Influence and recruit new customers to join our insurance team across multiple product lines (auto, home, renters, life, health)Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targetsObtain necessary insurance licensing as required by state regulationsProvide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationshipsDevelop a referral system for lead management to expand customer baseTrack and report sales activities and client interactionsStay informed about insurance products, market trends, and competitive landscapeRequirements:1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related fieldsWillingness to obtain insurance licensing (company will support training and licensing process)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to influence and persuade potential customersSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approachExcellent organizational and time management skillsCompensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearMy team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
