About the RoleSenior Implementations Program Manager – EmbeddedReporting to the General Manager of Remote Embedded.As the Senior Implementations Program Manager, you will deliver business outcomes across technical, commercial, and operational domains by building and executing the end-to-end implementations process for Remote Embedded partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly support the General Manager in building and growing the Remote Embedded product, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Develop and project manage Remote Embedded partners' implementation timelines and operational work streams in close collaboration with partner teams.Lead the planning, tracking, and completion of all project tasks throughout the partner onboarding and implementation process, including but not limited to:Develop and oversee the project schedule; lead regular meetings with operational leads to build workflows not supported by integration.Document, coordinate, and monitor progress of partner implementation, ensuring all requirements are met.Coordinate internal resources across departments such as Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, Customer Experience, and Operations to drive partner success.Work closely with Product, Operations, and other teams to communicate the timing of deliverables and keep partners unblocked, driving projects to release on time with high quality.Help partner sales, support, and customer success teams understand product features and benefits.Communicate project plans, deployment progress, execution, and delivery using relevant reporting tools and dashboards; create visibility on status of open issues, action items, dependencies, and timelines.Own the day-to-day relationship with partners during implementation, ensuring questions are directed to and answered by the appropriate internal teams efficiently.Identify and mitigate project risks by coordinating with relevant teams.Develop and execute strategies to continuously improve partner and customer satisfaction, meet revenue targets, and scale team operations in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Experience, and Operations.Contribute to integration best practices, training materials, and internal/external collateral:Collaborate with GM, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to package implementation best practices and integrate them into the partner value proposition for future partners.Develop clear and accurate implementation guides covering technical, GTM, and operational aspects in collaboration with the Partner Solution Architect.Create and maintain a comprehensive documentation system organizing partner interactions, including FAQs, workflows, dependencies, and blockers.Work with other teams to populate the partner knowledge base and partner portal.QualificationsExperience in project management, implementations, or professional services within the HR-Tech, FinTech, or software/technology industry.Proven track record managing long-term relationships with partners or customers.Exceptional organizational skills; ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a productive and cooperative environment.Strong analytical skills: quickly learn and understand complex issues, analyze root causes, evaluate solutions, synthesize conclusions, and communicate effectively to partners and internal teams.Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills, and capability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.Preference for experience in B2B SaaS technology partnerships.Demonstrated proficiency in automation and AI capabilities.Fluent English (written and spoken).Remote work experience is a plus but not required.Practical InformationReporting to: General Manager, Remote Embedded.Team: Tech Partnerships.Location: Open to all candidates; preference given to EMEA and East Coast AMER.Start Date: As soon as possible.BenefitsWork from anywhere.Flexible paid time off.Flexible working hours (async culture).16 weeks paid parental leave.Mental health support services.Stock options.Learning budget.Home office and IT equipment budget.Budget for local in-person social events or co-working spaces.Equal Opportunity StatementRemote is an equal employment opportunity employer.
