Role Description Vlora is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. Located in Fort Lee, NJ, this position offers flexibility with some work-from-home arrangements. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional duties will include supporting financial audits, analyzing budgets, and assisting in the preparation of tax filings. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial health and efficiency of the organization. Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliationProficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other financial platformsFamiliarity with tax preparation, budget analysis, and compliance with financial regulationsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departmentsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environmentBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus)Experience in the retail or luxury goods industry is a bonus
