Dover - - Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (turning, vertical and horizontal machining centers, and Swiss-style lathes); Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for various types of machinery; Set up machines for production runs, ensuring maximum efficiency and precision; Perform regular quality checks on components produced to ensure they meet specifications; Lead, train, and mentor less experienced machinists and operators
