Finance Controller

The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations within the organization and its subdivisions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and risk management. The Finance Controller will also lead strategic financial initiatives, mentor a global finance team, and coordinate external audits. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing business needs. Job Responsibilities: Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures. NetSuite Implementation: Lead the successful implementation and optimization of NetSuite financial modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate financial processes within the NetSuite platform. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Provide detailed financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. Leverage NetSuite capabilities to enhance financial reporting and streamline processes. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and working capital, implementing strategies to optimize liquidity. Monitor and analyze cash positions, ensuring alignment with operational needs. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance on professional development and ensure the team's alignment with organizational goals. Audit Coordination: Coordinate external audits, working closely with auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Strategic Financial Initiatives: Contribute financial insights and recommendations to strategic initiatives and decision-making. Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial goals with company objectives. Education Necessary for Position: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA designation preferred. Experience & Skills Necessary for Position: Proven experience as a Finance Controller in the Healthcare/Technology industry is a plus Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite implementation and optimization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs. Work Environment: This role operates in a professional office setting.
