Webex / NICE CXone Support Engineer – Contract (Contract-to-Hire Potential) – Knoxville, TN – Pay ($35-$38/hr)The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.Our client is seeking a Webex / NICE CXone Support Engineer in Knoxville, TN.Role DescriptionThis is not a senior architect-level engineering role. The team is looking for candidates with basic to mid-level experience, focused on support, configuration, and administration of communication platforms.Responsibilities include:Managing and configuring auto attendants in WebexProviding Level 2 support for NICE CXonePerforming configuration and policy management activitiesSupporting day-to-day operational tasks related to communication systemsTroubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues“The responsibilities as defined are intended to serve as a general guideline for this position.
