Commercial Closing CoordinatorOverview:A commercial title and settlement organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Closing Coordinator to manage complex commercial real estate transactions from contract through post-closing. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong New York commercial transaction experience to contribute to a dynamic team and support high-value deals. This position offers long-term growth potential within a developing commercial platform, with opportunities to take on increasingly complex transactions and leadership responsibilities.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Manage commercial title files from opening through closing and post-closingReview title reports and collaborate with attorneys to resolve title issuesCoordinate communication among lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and internal teamsPrepare settlement statements and assemble closing packagesOrder and review payoff statements, lien searches, and related documentationEnsure compliance with New York title requirements and closing proceduresTrack key milestones and proactively follow up to keep transactions on scheduleQualifications include but not limited to:Prior experience as a Closing Coordinator, commercial experience requiredExperience supporting New York commercial real estate transactions ($250M+)Understanding of title clearance, endorsements, and lender requirementsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple high-value transactions simultaneouslyComfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environmentCompensationBase salary $100,000-$200,000, commensurate with experienceHealth Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements.
