Construction Project ManagerWe're hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. You'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and teams while keeping projects on time, on budget, and compliant with all regulations. Key Points:Lead and coordinate full construction projects, including scheduling, resource planning, and site oversightManage budgets, subcontractors, and change orders while working closely with clients, architects, and engineersEnsure safety, quality, and compliance with building codes and contractsHandle multiple projects, solve problems quickly, and keep strong communication with all stakeholdersStrong organization, leadership, and software skills (Procore, MS Office) required; construction management experience and a relevant degree preferredCompany Culture Fit: They value people who are Customer Focused, Growth Oriented, Dedicated, Resilient, and Flexible.
