Curriculum Developer
For our client, we are seeking a Curriculum Developer to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Aerospace & Defense environment.Location: Costa Mesa, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $113,000 – $149,000 annuallyResponsibilities Collaborate with SMEs and teams to define training needs and outcomes Conduct needs assessments to align training with business goals Design curricula and instructional materials using recognized methodologies Simplify complex technical information for varied audiences Develop content for different learning formats including ILT and e-learning Apply adult learning principles to enhance knowledge retention Ensure effective delivery and compliance of training programsQualifications 3+ years in curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in a technical or defense setting Ability to work with SMEs to develop structured learning paths Strong grasp of instructional design models like ADDIE and adult learning theories Proven project management skills for training programs Experience creating training content across various formatsBenefits Comprehensive and competitive benefits package with minimal cost to employees Health and recovery support coverage Tools and resources for professional development and wellbeingOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
