This role requires strong clinical skills and proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL). Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.Assignment DetailsSchedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekStudent Population: Middle & High SchoolSetting: On-site, school-based servicesCompensation & BenefitsPay Rate: $50-$55 per hour (W-2)Benefits Available, which may include:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays and school breaks (per school calendar)401(k) optionsProfessional support throughout the school yearKey ResponsibilitiesProvide direct speech-language therapy services to middle and high school studentsConduct evaluations and re-evaluationsDevelop, implement, and monitor IEP goalsCollaborate with teachers, special education teams, and support staffUse American Sign Language (ASL) as a primary communication method with studentsMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelinesParticipate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planningRequired QualificationsActive Texas Speech-Language Pathology LicenseProficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) - REQUIREDClinical Fellows (CFs) welcomeExperience in school-based or secondary settings preferred
