Now Hiring: Project Manager (HVAC/Plumbing)Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TXA leading, locally owned mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle management, from preconstruction support through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeoutCollaborate with field teams to manage manpower, materials, and project progressOversee submittals, change orders, contracts, and risk managementMaintain financial performance, including forecasting, billing, and cash flowBuild strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfactionSupport estimating and sales efforts as neededDrive safety compliance and team performance across all project phasesWhat You Bring5+ years of project management experience in construction (HVAC/plumbing preferred)Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and building codesProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholdersExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and estimating toolsPE license or PMP certification is a plus
