You will identify and solve business opportunities using quantitative analysis and holistic problem-solving frameworks. You’ll communicate your findings to senior leadership and partner with others to operationalize the hypotheses and takeaways. This role requires a strong interest in problem solving, ability to recognize patterns, and cross-functional partnership (Product, Growth, and Data) to drive decision-making. If you possess both technical and interpersonal skills and want to use this combination to influence the success of a high-growth fintech startup, we encourage you to apply!ResponsibilitiesDrive analysis and develop strategies in partnership with Finance, Product, and Data to achieve Current’s initiatives and targets Scenario-test potential new products; analyze pricing, marketing strategies, and changes to the business model Own bottom-up forecasting and analytical models, including cohort analysis and 3-statement modelingDevelop and expand understanding of products and behaviors through analytics to improve forecasting and key driver assumptionsCollaborate with Data and Product to translate a/b tests into forecasted profit and unit-economic impact Create and maintain performance reporting to support the financial performance management cycleClearly communicate recommendations and analysis across teams and to leadership About YouIntellectually curious - you seek to understand the why behind the numbers Highly technical - you value precision and accuracy when it comes to your work, and you can rapidly dissect complex quantitative problemsCritical thinker - you consider problems from all angles to remove bias Results-oriented - you will do whatever it takes to ensure success. Compensation is determined based on experience, skill level, and qualifications, which are assessed during the interview process.
