The Direct Hire Division of Consilio, LLC is working with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking to hire an Office Manager to join their Washington, D.C. office. This position is not with Consilio directly; it is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with the law firm.Office Manager (Hybrid) – Washington, D.C.Salary: $100,000 – $150,000We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager with a legal background in Washington, D.C. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on office management with strategic support for internal operations and team initiatives.Position Overview:The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office while supporting attorneys, staff, and leadership. The individual will serve as the face of the office, managing administrative functions, coordinating workplace initiatives, and fostering an engaging and collaborative office environment.Key Responsibilities:Office Operations & AdministrationOversee daily office operations, including mail handling, copying, filing, and supply managementMaintain a well-organized, efficient, and professional office environmentCoordinate office moves, seating arrangements, and space planningManage relationships with vendors, building management, and service providersClient & Visitor Experience:Serve as the first point of contact by greeting clients and visitors with professionalismCoordinate and support in-person meetings, ensuring seamless executionTeam & Culture Support:Plan and execute company events, team gatherings, and internal initiativesPartner with leadership on team collaborative projectsFoster a positive and engaging office cultureHR & Operational Support:Support performance review cycles, including tracking timelines and coordinating materialsAssist in organizing and administering employee trainings and development programsProvide general administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teamsQualifications:Required: Prior experience in a legal environment (law firm or legal department5+ years of experience in office management or administrative leadership rolesStrong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting withclients and senior stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management toolsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid settingPreferred Attributes:Experience supporting HR processes such as performance reviews and trainingsBackground in managing office relocations or space planning initiativesStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary range: $100,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision,etc.)Hybrid work environment offering flexibility
