You will work across teams to help improve how the company operates internally while supporting high-impact projects and initiatives.You should enjoy both thinking strategically and executing at a detailed level.Responsibilities include:Helping manage and organize customer and internal projectsBuilding scalable operational workflows and internal systemsImproving documentation, communication, and process organization across teamsUsing AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion AI to improve workflows and operational efficiencySupporting leadership with operational planning, coordination, and executionOrganizing timelines, deliverables, priorities, and team communicationCreating templates, automations, dashboards, and operational processesHelping systematize how work moves through the companyIdentifying inefficiencies and improving operational visibility across teamsContributing to a fast-moving, highly collaborative operating environmentQualifications2–5 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, startups, product coordination, or similar environmentsExtremely organized with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsNaturally systems-oriented and process-mindedStrong familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, and modern productivity platformsExcited about using AI to improve workflows, automate repetitive work, and increase operational leverageComfortable operating in fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environmentsAble to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionStrong sense of ownership and follow-throughCurious, adaptable, and excited to learn quicklyComfortable working across multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExperience with tools such as Notion, Asana, Slack, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar platforms is a plusFamiliarity with cybersecurity, compliance, enterprise operations, or trust infrastructure is a plus but not requiredWhat Success Looks LikeInternal operations become more organized, scalable, and efficientTeams have better visibility into priorities, timelines, and executionAI-enabled workflows meaningfully improve operational speed and qualityProjects move through the organization with greater clarity and accountabilityLeadership has stronger operational visibility and supportThe company becomes increasingly systemized as it scalesWork EnvironmentThis role may be based in Los Angeles, CA or internationally for the right candidate.
