Your l : As the As istant Director, you’ll lead with purpose and make a difference by: Listening and supporting teachers through training and ongoing mentorship. Ensuring our arning spaces are organized, clean, and inviting for children to thrive. Leading sales marketing efforts to grow our school community. Providing curric m support and oversight, ensuring high-quality educational experiences. Building positive ationships with families, children, and staff by offering proactive, responsive support. Ensuring compliance h health and safety guidelines, as well as regulations and Kido’s standards. Leading the growth and velopment of your school with a focus on excellence. Sharing recommendations help us improve and innovate. Requirements: To lead at K , you must ha : Fluency in both Spanish and E sh (ability to read, write, and speak). A Child Development Associate (C or a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Four or more years of experience i licensed child care facility, working with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Knowledge of TX Minimum Standards.
