All job offers are contingent on successful completion of a Background Check, Drug Screen, and Pre-Employment Physical.What We're Seeking:We are seeking a full-time entry-level Dip Spin Machine Operator for 3rd Shift (Hours: 11pm-7am). This full-time role must also be able to work Monday-Saturday! The starting pay is $19.50 per hour. New employees will receive performance evaluations and potential raises at 60 Days, 6 Months, and 12 Months, then annually each year after that.Responsibilities/Duties:Assist foreman with delegated dutiesLoad jobs into the barrels as requiredAssist in loading and unloading of metal parts into machinery linesOperate and perform line inspections on machinery linesTrack status of jobsPerform quality tests on parts and paintsAssist maintenance department technician in troubleshooting line problemsPractice safe work habits, following outlined policies and procedureOperate a forklift, following all required safety and operational proceduresReviewing and comprehending Shop OrdersQualifications:GED or High School Diploma (preferred not required)Manufacturing and forklift experience preferredRegularly required to lift or move up to 40 poundsYou must be available to work weekendsBasic reading and writing skills in English, in addition to basic math skillsStrong communication and listening skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment Ability to work independently and with a teamAttention to detailWhat We Offer:Because Better People deserve Better Benefits. – Joining SWD means becoming part of a company that invests in your growth, your wellbeing, and your future.
