Kohan International Foundation Counseling Center / Behavioral Health Services / A none-profit agencyPart-Time – Approx. 10 hours/weekPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Clinical Outreach & Referral Coordinator to expand our community presence and increase client referrals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing market-driven outreach initiatives, building strong partnerships, and representing our organization within the community.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, Clincis, schools, and community organizationsBuild and manage referral pipelines to support client enrollment and program growthRepresent the organization at health fairs, networking events, and community outreach activitiesConduct regular outreach (calls, visits, presentations) to referral sourcesEducate partners on available behavioral health services (including Medi-Cal and commercial plans)Collaborate with internal leadership on marketing and growth strategiesTrack outreach efforts, referral activity, and engagement outcomeQualifications Experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, business development, or sales (behavioral health preferred)Strong networking and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and meet outreach targetsStrong organizational and time management skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationWhat We Offer Flexible part-time scheduleOpportunity to play a key role in expanding access to mental health servicesCollaborative and mission-driven team environmentPowered by JazzHR
