Intake & Operations Coordinator (Remote - Georgia)
Temporary Role with Potential for Long-Term We are hiring a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake & Operations Coordinator to support multiple therapy practices.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in mental health or healthcare administration who enjoys working with systems, communication, and client coordination.
This is a remote position; however, applicants must reside in Georgia. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm EST
Training: Self-paced paid onboarding (15 hours during the first week)
Pay: $16-18/hour depending on experience
This role requires consistent daytime availability and cannot be combined with another full-time position
About The Role The Intake & Operations Coordinator is often the first point of contact for individuals seeking therapy services.
You will manage incoming inquiries, guide prospective clients through the intake process, schedule appointments, and support administrative workflows across multiple practices.
This role requires someone who can balance warm, professional communication with strong organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
Conduct brief intake screenings to understand client needs
Match clients with appropriate clinicians when applicable
Schedule appointments within EHR systems
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Communicate clearly with clinicians and practice owners
Follow up with prospective clients as needed
Support administrative and operational workflows
Employment Type This is a temporary position expected to run through February 2027, with the potential to extend into a long-term role.

Requirements Required Must currently reside in the state of Georgia
2+ years of experience in administrative, healthcare, or client-facing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working remotely
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail
Professional, warm, and client-centered communication style
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace
Preferred Experience working in a therapy or healthcare practice
Familiarity with EHR systems such as: SimplePractice

Sessions HealthExperience with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Asana
