Job Description: Job Summary The Real Estate Manager is responsible for supporting the company’s real estate and facilities operations with a primary focus on managing lease renewals and assisting with facilities and maintenance-related activities. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, landlords, vendors, and property managers to ensure lease obligations are met and facilities issues are addressed efficiently. Key Job Responsibilities Track critical lease dates, including expirations, renewal options, rent escalations, and notice requirements. Coordinate and manage the lease renewal process, including preparing renewal summaries, gathering approvals, and assisting with negotiations. Maintain accurate lease documentation, abstracts, and records within the company’s lease administration system. Serve as a point of contact for facilities and maintenance issues across company locations. Coordinate maintenance requests with landlords, property managers, and approved vendors in accordance with lease terms. Support special projects related to real estate portfolio management and facilities improvements. Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred. 4-7 years of experience in multi-site real estate management Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with commercial lease structures and facilities operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation Details: $100,000 - $120,000 / Year Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. Supplemental Pay: This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
