We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective negotiation and relationship management. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, marketing, and technology sales, with a focus on developing \"new business\" opportunities. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets while providing exceptional service to our clients.DutiesPresent Link's \"Managed Services Portfolio\" to prospect customers and close new business. Must achieve minimum daily and weekly prospecting activityParticipate in team meetings and activities to drive new businessSupport marketing efforts of the Managed Services TeamGenerate proposals and close business to achieve an assigned MRR (monthly recurring revenue) QuotaCoordinate with the Network Service Team/VP for custom quotes or project services quotesDocument all sales activities and documents in the CRM systemMeet weekly with your \"Sales Manager\" to review activity, pipeline and other sales issuesTravel in the assigned sales territory, as requiredTransition customers to an \"Account Manager\" after the initial contracts are consummatedEngage \"Inside Sales\" or the assigned \"Account Manager\" for any hardware opportunitiesSkillsProven experience in business development and B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.Familiarity with technology sales processes and account management best practices.Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and performance data.A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
