Quality Assurance ProfessionalLake Forest, IL (Fully Onsite)Pay: $37–46/hourDuration: 3 Months (available for extensions based on performance andNon-Exempt Contract PositionWe are seeking a Quality Assurance Professional to join a leading Diagnostics organization in Lake Forest, IL. This role is responsible for conducting quality-related activities to ensure consistent, high-quality documents, services, products, and processes while supporting regulatory compliance for healthcare products.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct quality assurance activities to support compliant products, processes, and servicesDefine project goals, timelines, and milestones while ensuring timely completionDeliver practical, innovative, and compliant solutions aligned with organizational objectivesLead projects with cross-functional scope when neededCollaborate effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders across functionsCommunicate project updates and recommendations confidently with leadership and peersImplement tactical solutions and contribute expertise across QA functionsInfluence project scope and direction through quality leadershipProvide guidance and training to QA professionals and techniciansOversee QA professionals and/or contractors when applicableMaintain effectiveness of the Quality System, subsystems, and key processesAddress non-compliance issues promptly in accordance with site, division, and corporate policiesSupport risk management activities related to product safety and efficacyCreate and review risk management documentation to reduce or eliminate riskMake independent decisions within defined parameters while ensuring complianceRequired QualificationsApprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or closely related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience in Quality or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Healthcare industry experience preferredProven track record of completing successful projects and driving compliance outcomesPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Knowledge of cloud-based software applicationsKnowledge of cybersecurity standardsKnowledge of Agile development methodologiesTop Skills RequiredExecution of SDLC activities and defect lifecycle management, including authoring/review/approval of deliverablesEnd-to-end manual and automated test execution (functional, regression, UAT, etc.)Strong quality mindset with ownership through completionAbility to quickly adapt to existing systems and processesPrevious SQA experience with Client and use of ALM application preferredIf you are an experienced QA professional with strong compliance and software quality expertise, apply today.By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
