Data Engineer

Data EngineerWe are seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain reliable data pipelines, integrate data from multiple healthcare systems, and support enterprise reporting and analytics. This role will focus on ETL development, data warehouse support, data quality, and validation.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain ETL pipelines and data integrationsIntegrate data from EHR, billing, scheduling, financial, and operational systemsSupport data warehouse design and analytical datasetsWrite and optimize advanced SQL queriesPerform data profiling, reconciliation, and validationTroubleshoot data quality and pipeline issuesValidate third-party and vendor-delivered data feedsPartner with BI, IT, and business teams to support reporting and analyticsMaintain documentation for data sources, transformations, and business rulesQualificationsExperience in data engineering, ETL, and data pipeline developmentAdvanced SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, and window functionsExperience with relational databases and data warehouse environmentsStrong data validation and troubleshooting skillsExperience working with multiple source systemsStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferredHealthcare data experienceFamiliarity with EHR, billing, claims, scheduling, or practice management dataExperience with Power BI or LookerExperience validating vendor or third-party data feedsExperience in a multi-site healthcare environment
