Payroll Administrator
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for utilizing UKG payrollsystem administrating U.S. & Canada payroll operations, time &attendance systems, & ensuring accurate & timely accounting & reportingof compensation & benefits. This position also coordinates & supportspayroll processing for affiliates various countries. This role worksclosely with Human Resources & international offices to support payrollcompliance, system integrity, & employee service. The ideal candidatewill manage & adhere to strict deadlines & maintain strictconfidentiality, possess strong verbal & written communication skills &a high degree of proficiency with payroll systems & other technology.Role & Responsibilities Payroll Operations & Timekeeping Administerpayroll processes in accordance with local policies, ensuring accuracyin compensation, tax, & benefits withholding. Process U.S. & Canadapayrolls for 150+ employees & maintain payroll records in compliancewith internal & external requirements. Coordinate with internationaloffices & external vendors to support payroll processing & resolvediscrepancies. Maintain & update payroll documentation & recommendprocess improvements. Track & report employee paid leave balances;support HR in managing leave systems & policies. Assist employees withpayroll-related inquiries including deductions, accruals, & timekeeping.Support the implementation & training of time & attendance tools acrossglobal teams. Accounting, Reporting & Compliance Prepare & reviewpayroll-related general ledger entries, labor allocations &reconciliations. Ensure compliance with U.S. federal & state payrollregulations & support adherence to international payroll laws. Assistwith audits related to 401(k) plans, workers? compensation, & annualfinancial statements. Provide documentation & analysis to supportbudgeting & financial planning processes. Administrative Support &Projects Maintain up-to-date documentation of payroll procedures &systems. Generate ad hoc payroll reports & assist with special projectsas needed. Perform additional payroll-related analysis & supportCross-functional Initiatives. Qualifications & Education RequirementsMinimum 3 years of payroll experience, related accounting &reconciliations. Meticulous with details. Ability to manage strictdeadlines & set priorities. Proficient in payroll systems & advancedexperience with Excel & Microsoft Office Suite. High level of discretion& commitment to confidentiality. High level of flexibility, proactivity,& responsiveness to dynamic business needs. Excellent communication &customer service skills; ability to work effectively across cultures.
