Job Title: Java Full stack DeveloperRequest-ID: 85602-1Location: New City, NYDuration: 6 months (extendable)Pay Range: $40.00-45.00/Hour on W2 onlyNote: Applicant must be willing to work on W2.Job Desccription:We are seeking a Lead Java Architect / Technical Lead with 12+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-native, microservices-based enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java (8/11/21), Spring Boot , and modern event-driven architectures , and will be responsible for leading architecture and design for high-volume financial, retail, and payment systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and governance of cloud-native and microservices-based platforms .Define end-to-end solution architecture for complex, high-volume enterprise systems.Architect RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices , leveraging Kafka for real-time streaming and asynchronous processing.Drive cloud strategy and implementation on AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch) and Azure (AKS, API Management).Implement secure, resilient, and scalable system designs with cost optimization in mind.Mentor and lead development teams, promoting engineering best practices and DevOps adoption .Design and manage data solutions using Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB , and relational databases.Lead architecture modernization initiatives, improving system reliability, scalability, and performance .Essential Skills: Java 8/11/17/21 , Spring Boot , REST APIs , microservices architectureCloud Platforms: AWS, Azure (compute, storage, networking, and container services)Event-driven systems: Kafka, messaging patterns, async processingDatabase expertise: Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB, relational databasesContainer orchestration: Kubernetes, DockerStrong leadership, mentoring, and architectural governance experienceHands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesExperience Required: 12+ years in Java development , with at least 5+ years in technical lead or architecture roles.Proven experience delivering large-scale financial, retail, or payment systems .Preferred Qualifications: Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect)Experience with distributed systems, scalability, and fault-tolerant designExposure to security and compliance standards in enterprise platformsCompany Benefits & Culture: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Appreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.
