This exciting partnership is all about bringing people together over great drinks, celebrating creativity, and raising the bar for what the craft beverage experience can be.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Chef at Wilding Brands, based in Lafayette, CO. The Restaurant Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality food preparation, effective team collaboration, and high standards of hygiene and safety. Responsibilities include meal planning, cooking, supervising food service, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. The position is over a very high-volume restaurant, 2 years minimum is required.ResponsibilitiesModify menus with seasonality, working directly with the Culinary Director that meet quality and costing standardsEstimate food requirements along with food & labor costsManage all back of house employees, to include Kitchen Manager, leads, line cooks and dishwashersAssist with training back of house team members on each stationPerform administrative duties as necessaryEnsures that all food served meets quality and health code standardsNecessary SkillsProven work experience as a Chef de Cuisine or equivalent role in a dynamic, high volume restaurant - events, food truck, and kitchen management rolled into oneExcellent record of kitchen management and employee managementAbility to spot and resolve problems efficientlyCapable of delegating multiple tasksThrives in high-volume management and businessCommunication and leadership skillsKeep up with cooking trends and best practicesWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (G Suite, MS Office, restaurant management software, Toast, Craftable or MarginEdge or similar)RequirementsTrue grit and the ability to adapt on the goPositive attitude while working in a team environmentStrong desire to learn and grow with the companyStrong passion for hospitality and customer serviceAbility to lift 55 pounds to shoulder, 160 pounds to hip levelFlexibility to work nights, weekends and holidaysAt least 5 years supervisory experience and 8 years culinary experienceAbility to multitask and work in a fast paced, high volume environmentWilding Brands is an equal opportunity employer.Benefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSalary Range: $75,000-85,000Ability to Commute:Lafayette, CO (Required)Ability to Relocate:Lafayette, CO 80026: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
