Respond promptly to emergency situations, alarms, and incidents, following the community's protocols and procedures. Maintain a visible presence on-site to deter potential security threats and to reassure residents of their safety. Assist residents and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing information and assistance when needed. Document all incidents, suspicious activities, and security breaches in detailed reports for management review. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Ensure all security equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions to the management. Uphold a high standard of confidentiality regarding community information and resident privacy. **Qualifications: ** High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus. Previous experience in security or law enforcement, particularly in a residential or healthcare setting, is desirable. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations. Must be able to work the third shift, including weekends and holidays.
