AI Risk Management Administrator

Tax term: W2 onlyLocation: Marysville, OHWork Arrangement: Onsite – 4 days per weekPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AI Risk Management Administrator to support the establishment, implementation, and ongoing operation of the enterprise AI governance and risk management framework. This role is critical in ensuring AI systems are developed, deployed, and managed in alignment with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, organizational policies, and enterprise risk appetite.The ideal candidate will work closely with business, IT, legal, security, compliance, and audit teams to operationalize AI governance practices, monitor AI-related risks, maintain governance documentation, and support responsible and scalable AI adoption across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise AI governance structure, including operating models, governance committees, roles, and decision-making frameworks.Administer and maintain the AI risk management framework, including policies, standards, controls, and procedures aligned with evolving governance requirements.Bridge governance strategy and execution by operationalizing AI policies and standards across business and technical teams.Support AI system risk assessments throughout the AI lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, operation, monitoring, and retirement.Maintain AI inventories, model documentation, risk registers, audit artifacts, model cards, data lineage records, and control evidence.Monitor compliance with internal AI governance standards and external regulations related to privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.Coordinate governance reviews and risk discussions with legal, compliance, cybersecurity, and internal audit stakeholders.Track AI risk metrics, incidents, remediation activities, and governance KPIs; prepare reports for leadership, governance committees, and regulatory reviews.Support third-party and vendor AI risk assessments, due diligence reviews, and ongoing monitoring activities.Assist with AI governance training, awareness programs, and communication initiatives to drive enterprise-wide adoption of responsible AI practices.Contribute to the continuous maturity of AI governance capabilities, including governance tooling, automation, and integration with enterprise risk and technology management processes.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, model governance, or technology risk management.Hands-on experience implementing or operationalizing governance frameworks such as AI governance, model risk management, or data governance.Strong understanding of AI-related risks including bias, explainability, model drift, data quality, and AI security vulnerabilities.Experience working with AI governance frameworks and regulations such as:NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)EU AI ActISO/IEC AI standardsSR 11-7 Model Risk Management GuidanceAbility to effectively collaborate with both technical teams (AI/ML engineers, data scientists, architects) and control functions (risk, legal, compliance, audit).Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience supporting enterprise AI governance or responsible AI initiatives.Familiarity with AI lifecycle management, model documentation standards, and governance tooling.Knowledge of enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance frameworks.Experience preparing governance documentation and audit-ready evidence for regulatory reviews.
