Job Summary
We are seeking 2 compassionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for listening to clients’ needs and teaching missing skills that will help them grow in significant ways.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain collaborative, positive, and constructive interactions with the Elevation team, clients, and families, reflecting our child‑centered culture.
Maintain open communication across all teams.
Participate in company training sessions, team meetings, and leadership meetings.
Focus on each child in your caseload to meet individual needs and meet all approved supervision hours. Complete all non‑billable hours contracted and record sessions with notes in software.
Conduct initial assessments and re‑assessments, submit them by the due date, and ensure treatment plans contain all required information.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention programs that are function‑based and meet client needs.
Review patient data weekly, note discrepancies, and modify treatment approaches to improve outcomes.
Train staff effectively during supervision and staff training meetings.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure optimal therapy.
Engage in parent training monthly with each family.
Ensure compliance with BACB and Elevation Behavioral ethical guidelines.
Protect client information in accordance with HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications
Current Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Utah.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Understanding of sensory function of behavior; willingness to learn and implement sensory‑aware treatment.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies.
Understanding and application of scope and sequence when teaching skill acquisition.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and willingness to learn and implement new practices.
Current 8‑hour supervision certificate and supervisory experience with RBTs.
Preferred: Experience utilizing behavioral skills training (BST) and Skills Based Treatment (SBT).
What We Offer
Flexible Work Hours : Monday – Friday only; full‑time and part‑time positions available.
Competitive Salary : $80,000 – $100,000 per year (DOE) for full‑time positions, prorated for part‑time.
Extras : PTO, medical insurance, performance bonuses up to $10,000 annually.
Sign‑On Bonus : up to $5,000.
Travel mileage paid for client visits (primarily clinic, with some in‑home, in‑school, or community).
