Installation Quality Analyst

OverviewThe Installation Quality Analyst supports the standardization and continuous improvement of installation service operations across North America. This role is responsible for monitoring installation quality performance, managing KPI reporting, supporting operational processes, and coordinating with internal teams, customers, and business partners to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Installation Quality ManagementSupport installation quality programs and KPI managementMonitor and analyze installation quality data through dashboardsPrepare weekly/monthly KPI reports and manage operational performance statusAnalyze NPS/VOC data and identify improvement opportunitiesSupport quality issue management and risk prevention activities2. Standardization & Process SupportSupport management of installation processes and operational standardsMaintain and update installation manuals, work guides, and checklistsManage installation standards based on global guidelines and U.S. local regulationsSupport standardization of installation processes (Pre-Call → Installation → Post Check)3. Training & Field SupportSupport installation technician operations, including uniforms, business cards, and operational supplies4. Partner & Communication ManagementCoordinate quality and operational meetings with customers and Korea HQManage communication and operational status with business partnersManage installation material supply and settlement processesTrack operational data, issues, and follow-up actionsRequired Qualifications5-7 years of experience in operations management, quality management, logistics, or service operationsStrong Excel and data management skillsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving mindset with interest in operational improvementPreferred QualificationsExperience managing KPI dashboards and reportingExperience in installation, logistics, or service operationsExperience using ERP systemsBilingual in Korean and English preferred - verbal and written** This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
