About The JobWe are looking for a seasoned test engineer who will play a pivotal role in evaluating and improving the quality of our platform, to deliver best-in-class support experience for both consumers and support agents. You should be comfortable writing UI automation code or conducting exploratory manual tests, troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline issues, and drafting comprehensive test plan for feature launches, You will also have the opportunity to architect and build a next generation automation framework that can cover both first party and 3rd party software as a holistic hybrid platform.QualificationsSolid experience with automation framework such as Selenium, Playwright or CypressSolid experience with API testing: REST, GraphQL or gRPC alike.Solid experience with scripting languages such as Python and Javascript.Basic knowledge of modern frontend such as React, DOM etcProven track records of maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelinesExperience writing test plans, working with product stakeholdersComfortable with both automated and manual approach depends on business needsNice to haveExperience in customer support / account management / SaaS domainExperience with Generative AI / ML at application levelExperience developing build tooling or automation frameworksExperience with AWS or cloud infrastructure in generalExperience with Security/Privacy testing, or having the compliance mindsetStrong advocate for reliability, observability and operational excellenceSolid understanding of UX fundamentalsPay Rate Range$80-100/hr.
