This position will participate as the Treasury Services liaison for various product and repricing committees as assigned.Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:Manages customer portfoliosRepresents the Treasury Management Department on various product and re-pricing committees as assignedPerforms sales and service of Business Services products to existing customers and prospectsSupports other bank officers with customers, prospecting, proposals, and referralsPerforms other duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience: TMO Level I:BA/BS degree in a business related field preferredAt least one year of experience required or equivalent combination of education and experienceSales experience with consultative selling skills preferredTMO Level II:BA/BS degree in business-related field preferredAt least three years of experience in Treasury services area required, or equivalent combination of education and experienceSales experience with consultative selling skills requiredCertified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) desiredTMO Level III:BA/BS in business-related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experienceAt least eight years of Treasury Services experience requiredSales experience with consultative selling skills requiredCertified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) required or to be obtained within first 12 months of employmentTMO Level IV:BA/BS in business-related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experienceAt least ten years of Treasury Services experience requiredSales experience with consultative selling skills requiredCertified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) or a demonstrated track record of progressively responsible experience in treasury, cash management, and financial operations is required.
