Position Summary The Primary Care / CDU Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered care across both outpatient and observation settings, with clinical responsibilities equally divided between Medical Home Southwest (outpatient clinic) and the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU).This hybrid role combines longitudinal primary care with acute episodic care, supporting continuity, access, and efficient patient flow across the health system. The physician collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and may participate in teaching, quality improvement, and academic initiatives within a dynamic public health system.
