You will be part of a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy. We are committed to helping patients in our community who are experiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family or psychological problems. You will play an important part in that process by actively listening to patients' needs and showing empathy to every patient you speak with.Full Time Benefits: (only use what’s applicable to your job)Medical, Dental, Vision 401k, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Life Insurance ResponsibilitiesObserving and supporting Front Office Associates and the Patient Care Coordinator30% of in office hours each week will be dedicated to providing feedback to support staff, directing check-in desk and adjusting workflows as neededInform the Office Manager and/or Administrative Operations Supervisor of staff problems or concernsAssist in training new Support Staff in conjunction with Support Staff Training CoordinatorsAssist Support Staff with daily duties as neededOpening or closing the clinic if there is not coverageBasic knowledge of billing and insurance coverageAny other projects that the Administrative Manager or Supervisor may assignRequirementsAbility to lead a small Front Office team successfullyPrevious front desk, reception/receptionist, administrative assistant, or office experience preferredHigh School Diploma requiredActual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
