You will play a critical role in driving business growth by partnering with sales teams to deliver compelling AI solution demos, architect customer-focused generative AI strategies, and address technical objections during the sales cycle. Your deep technical expertise and consultative approach will help customers envision and adopt cutting-edge generative AI and conversational AI solutions, accelerating their AI transformation journeys on Google Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with sales teams to qualify AI-related business opportunities and identify customer needs around generative AI, conversational AI, and LLM-powered applications. Lead technical presales activities including discovery sessions, solution workshops, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and AI architecture presentations focused on Google Agent Space, Vertex AI, and generative AI technologies. Design and articulate scalable AI architectures that leverage Google Cloud’s AI/ML services, large language models, and Agent Space to solve enterprise challenges in automation, customer engagement, and content generation. Address and resolve technical queries and objections throughout the sales cycle, helping to build customer confidence and trust in AI-driven solutions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor Google Cloud AI offerings to meet specific customer requirements and industry needs. Stay current on emerging AI trends, Google Cloud AI product updates, and competitor offerings to effectively position Techolution’s AI capabilities in presales engagements. Capture customer feedback and use insights to influence product roadmap and solution enhancements. Support proposal development and RFP responses by providing technical inputs, architecture diagrams, and solution briefs focused on generative AI and Google Cloud AI services. Build strong relationships with customers by acting as a trusted technical advisor and evangelist for responsible and scalable AI adoption.
