Respiratory Therapist OpportunityJoin our team as a Respiratory Therapist and make a difference. Required Skills: Valid California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (PALS preferred but not mandatory) Strong background in Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) Experience in neonatal and delivery room care, including cesarean births Proficiency in electronic medical records, specifically CPSI and Perigen Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (6 a.m. 6 p.m.) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with neonatal respiratory support Previous travel or local agency experience Knowledge of hospital protocols for neo-natal and obstetric care Ability to handle call responsibilities for nights and weekends Preferred Education and Experience: Respiratory Therapy certification (CRT or RRT) Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly within CAH settings Experience working in neonatal intensive care or obstetric units Other Requirements: Must obtain California licensure at the time of assignment Willingness to take call for nights and weekends Ability to adapt to shared living arrangements, including duplex accommodations (non-pet friendly) Availability to start on June 1, 2026 Local travelers are welcome at the same pay rate This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $56.95, complemented by comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit pay, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure/certification reimbursement, and a robust referral bonus program.
