Sr. Pega Developer

Overview In this role you will contribute to a full-stack agile team focused on Pega-based Offer Management and integrations. You will collaborate with business, mainframe, Java/API teams to build and maintain Pega rulesets and UI, support production issues, and drive end-to-end solutions. The role offers impact through Pega Decisioning and system integration at scale. You will work in a fast-paced environment to deliver reliable, automated processes that enable smarter decisions. ResponsibilitiesBe part of a full-stack agile team including Pega, Java, ETL, Data Engineers, VB (.NET), and Mainframe developersAttend stand-up meetings and other agile ceremoniesSupport both new development and production issues as neededBuild and maintain Pega rulesets and UI for Offer Management solution in collaboration with business and other developersIntegrate Pega with external systems via Connect-Rest, Connect-SOAP, Data Pages, and Data FlowsTroubleshoot Pega issues using Clipboard, Tracer, and Pega Log reviewHandle Pega installations, migrations, upgrades, and patchingWork on end-to-end integrations of Pega with other systems/applicationsLeverage containerization and cloud-ready approaches when applicableKeep up with evolving Pega and related technologies to ensure stability and performance Key requirements12+ years of Pega experience5+ years hands-on experience in Pega Decisioning (CDH) within Inside PegaExperience with Pega PRPC (Infinity 24+ preferred)Proven ability to work with business, mainframe, and Java/API teams to build Pega rulesets and UIExperience in Pega integration via Connect-Rest, Connect-SOAP, Data Pages, and Data FlowsExperience in end-to-end Pega integrations with other systemsTroubleshooting Pega issues with Clipboard, Tracer, and Pega Log reviewExperience in Pega installations, migrations, upgrades, and patchingLead System Architecture Certification is a plusExperience in Marketing applications and Pega Customer Decision Hub is a plusExperience in Containerization (Kubernetes / Docker) is a plusExperience in Python, PySpark, SQL, ETL (Informatica or other) is a plusExperience in Mainframe development (COBOL/DB2) is a pluscollaborationcommunication with cross-functional teamsproblem-solvingPega PRPC (Infinity 24+)Pega Decisioning (CDH)Connect-Rest
