The center utilizes collaborative care approach with support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.About the Facility LocationTexas features diverse urban destinations with distinct attractions across its major metropolitan areas. The region includes recreational facilities such as theme parks, sports stadiums, and cruise terminals, along with specialized tours and outdoor activities.About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care with some inpatient consultations during day shifts Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities include managing 12-15 patients per day, conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions, and coordinating care with one advanced practitioner and one radiation oncologist. Documentation must be maintained through EPIC EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities.
