The CNA will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support residents with daily living activities and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable care environment.FACILITY OVERVIEWKern Valley Healthcare District is a skilled nursing facility providing long-term resident care with a focus on safety, comfort, and quality patient support services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and feedingSupport mobility and patient transfersMaintain patient safety and infection control standardsMonitor and report changes in resident conditionAssist in maintaining a clean and safe environmentDocument basic care activities in EMR REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalentActive California CNA Certification requiredMinimum 3 years CNA experience requiredAbility to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written)Strong interpersonal and professional communication skillsBasic computer skills required REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONSBLS (AHA Required) SHIFT DETAILSNight Shift CNA Role12-hour night shifts (facility-based schedule)36 guaranteed hours per week
