Only those that have a resume will be considered.About the Opportunity:A recognized property management firm is seeking a new Technical Lead - ServiceNow (WSD) for a remote position to support a new ServiceNow implementation. In this role, the Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical delivery and stabilization of the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery platform during its go-live phase.Responsibilities:Leading technical implementation and stabilization of ServiceNow WSDOwning technical design and configuration of workflows and service catalogsCollaborating with stakeholders to develop scalable solutionsEstablishing and documenting technical standardsOverseeing integrations and data readinessPerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Lead on ServiceNow implementationsStrong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)Experience with workplace operations or facilities servicesSolid understanding of platform configuration, integrations, and data modelsExperience with go-live activities and platform stabilizationGreat interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to operate in a confidential environmentDesired Qualifications:Applicable certifications in ServiceNowExperience with ServiceNow implementationsFamiliarity with Enterprise Asset Management
