Job Description Director of SalesLocations: Remote from Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CAReporting To: Vice President of SalesIndustry: Semiconductor, integrated circuits, memory | Employees: 700Travel: Very limitedResponsibilities:Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth for assigned accounts and territoriesGenerating new business opportunities, growing customer relationshipsServing as a trusted advisor to engineering and procurement teamsCollaborating with application engineers, product managers, and marketing to support customer requirementsForecasting revenue and maintaining accurate pipeline reportingManaging price negotiations, demand creation, and design-in activities across multiple productsSelling products such as – memory chipsets, CXL controllers, PCIe Retimers, IO Hub, SwitchesRequirements:15+ years in technical sales and business development in the semiconductor industryStrong understanding of the data center ecosystem – CSP, OEM, ODMExperience working with CSPs, ODM, and OEM partnersExperience navigating global corporate environmentsExperience selling into and building relationships with companies like Microsoft, Amazon, HP, Dell, Meta, Lenovo, and GoogleBenefits:100% covered medical, dental, vision for the employee (90% coverage for families)401K with company match (5%)FSA, HSA optionsLife insurance, long-term and short-term disability, and moreCompensation:Salary: $150K - $250KSales commission and stock options
