The primary responsibilities include preparing legal documents, conducting case and legal research, reviewing and organizing documents, and maintaining communication with clients and legal teams. The role also involves assisting attorneys with case preparation, filing, and other litigation-related tasks. Attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to confidentiality standards are essential to this role.QualificationsComprehensive knowledge of Law and the ability to effectively assist attorneys in legal procedures and case preparationProficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong skills in Communication and client interaction to support case management and collaboration with legal teamsAdvanced Research skills to gather and analyze case-related information and materialsWell-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyFamiliarity with litigation processes, legal terminology, and court systemsAssociate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, a Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent professional training (preferred)Previous litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience (preferred)
