Senior Systems Analyst – Revenue Cycle (Healthcare IT) REMOTE ROLE but need to go onsite for orientation and you may be asked to travel onsite once a quarter for a team building event.My client is looking Senior Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Revenue Cycle systems within a healthcare environment. This is a high-impact role supporting critical financial and operational workflows.What You'll Be Doing:Lead full lifecycle revenue cycle technology initiatives (planning through go-live & optimization)Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Patient Financial Services, HIM, and Clinical teamsDrive workflow optimization across billing, claims, denials prevention, and collectionsAct as a SME for revenue cycle systems , including integrations and payer connectivitySupport system performance, upgrades, and enhancementsLeverage analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve outcomes and efficiencyKey Requirements:7+ years of Healthcare IT experience , with a strong focus on revenue cycleHands‐on experience with MEDITECH revenue cycle applications EPIC or CERNER IS A PLUSProven track record leading implementations, upgrades, or system optimizationsStrong understanding of revenue cycle KPIs (AR, denials, clean claims, etc.)Experience with ITSM processes (incident, problem, change management)Ability to work cross‐functionally and manage multiple prioritiesNice to Have:Experience with automation / AI tools in revenue cycleExposure to EHR transitions or system modernization initiativesITIL or similar certificationWhy This Role?High visibility, strategic impact on financial performanceOpportunity to work on modernization and AI-driven initiativesCollaborative, cross‐functional positive environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
